Today’s breakfast special, another great Lowell’s Egg Benedict today. Lowell’s constructs many unique Eggs Benedicts EVERY DAY, not only on weekends or Sundays like everywhere else. In addition to our three signature Benedicts (Dungeness Crab Benedict, Smoked Wild King Salmon Benedict & the Classic Benedict with Canadian Bacon) today we’re also making our “Yakima Eggs Benedict” consisting of the same great rustic rosemary toast, poached local farm fresh eggs and herb Hollandaise sauce but also thick smoked American bacon, tomato slices, spinach and on the side our fresh avocado salsa fresca. (And crispy old-school hash brown potatoes, of course.)
Every day, we’ll make substitutions on our Eggs Benedicts to take them vegetarian or swap out some items for others (want sausage patties instead of Canadian bacon anyone? No problem!)
I would have put a tantalizing picture of one on the blog, but I took this picture when I was opening the doors at 7AM this morning, just like every other day of the week. Come in and take care of your chilly appetite with our hot and rich Yakima Eggs Benedict and look out over the 30 degree Pacific Northwestern foggy day we’re having so far today. (Sun breaks predicted for lunch time, come in and gaze out at the snow covered Olympic Mountains across Puget Sound, its toasty on all three floors.
