It is KENTUCKY DERBY/MINT JULEP Day at Lowell’s, and we are serving $5 Classic Mint Juleps all day long! Shaved ice, Evan William’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Home-Made Fresh Mint Simple Syrup and more mint!

Two Classic versions, just like at The Derby today: The Derby Classic as described above, and “The Gentry” in a taller glass with a shot of soda. Either or, this is the one day of the year it is MANDATORY everyone that drinks alcohol have a MINT JULEP!

(We make them all year around, but they are never as righteously good as during “the running of the roses!)
