
We make our fresh wild king salmon LOX fresh weekly (the time it takes to brine and weight) for a whole different (and better, according to our New York “locals” visiting) for the joy of serving fresh, authentic, local and tasty! This is our Lox & Bagel plate with our house pickled Bermuda onions, imported capers, our citrus-herb cream cheese and toasted bagel. Oh yeah, we make it the classic way, only fresher, enjoy.
