Lowell's Restaurant Seattle

Nelson Mandela July 18, 1918 – December 5, 2013

“I hate race discrimination most intensely and in all its manifestations. I have fought it all during my life; I fight it now, and will do so until the end of my days.”

– Nelson Mandela

A man among men, equality for all, rest in Peace that you promoted and lived.

A man among men, equality for all, rest in the Peace that you promoted and lived.

A man that doesn’t complain…

…if his breakfast took 12 minutes to be prepared instead of 8! The amazing people we never know about versus the louder people that DEMAND attention puts all we take for granted into immediate perspective when we see the moment instead of look at “OUR” day. Everyday is everyone’s day, pause… see it!
Love, peace & bacon grease from all of your friends at Lowell’s!

Awesome!

Awesome!

Pepitas! We spice our house-roasted pumpkin seeds with a bit of maple and a bit of chili…

And then, we place them alongside our slow cooked steel cut oatmeal with fresh fruit, a mix of cinnamon-vanilla powder and raw sugar and a small pitcher of steamed milk. “Carb up” for the mad dash around town today, which is “Small Business Shopping Day” when we take care of our local businesses that are unique and need our support. Pike Place Market has hundreds, so there are a ton of families with a bunch of crafts, arts, jewelry, books, vinyl records and all the other items you would have never realized you couldn’t live without!
Cheers,
Mark
